Academic libraries and their value

You may have come across this article from the Guardian, discussing how academic libraries can improve the ways they communicate their value to students, lecturers, and the wider institution. 

“Drawing on research from the UK, the US and Scandinavia, the LISU study shows a world in which libraries are actively engaged in gathering evidence to demonstrate their value – but challenges remain.” The article contains examples as well as links to the full report.
