Have a say in CILIP’s draft body of professional knowledge

Are you interested in what professional knowledge and skills are expected of new and current library staff? If so, you may want to take a look at the draft version of CILIP’s body of professional knowledge.

They are consulting on a revised draft which outlines the skills and professional knowledge a library, information or knowledge professional should have depending upon their level of training and qualification.

The draft document, two videos, and a survey are all available on their website. As far as I can see, there isn’t a deadline for responding, but they’ll probably appreciate replies sooner rather than later.
