Screencasts for online resources

library.wales.org

Staff at the National Library of Wales have developed a couple of video user guides (screencasts) for helping people use Newsbank and Find My Past. The purpose of the videos is to encourage further use of these resources, and to give a few handy tips to beginners. The videos are available in English and Welsh – thanks to Paul Jackson for narrating them.

The team are looking to produce screencasts for Ask Cymru and Cat Cymru later in the year.

(NB these online subscription resources are provided to the public of Wales free with funding from the Welsh Government library strategy funding from CyMAL.)
